I need current full home kit for 6-7 year old
Hi, Don't post on here often but really need a favour. My son is mascot for QPR away and he needs to wear the full home kit, been trying to get one from the club but they sold out before Xmas as they are useless and not restocking.

PM if you can help, age 5-7 should be ok for him. Obviously willing to pay what it's worth or even a hire fee if you want it back. Cheers.

Re: I need current full home kit for 6-7 year old
I thought kids got a free kit when they were a home mascot especially when you see what the club charge for the privilege. The fact that there is a 2 year waiting list means that the club justify the cost but with all the £m's sloshing around football it would be nice to think the club were not profiteering from this.

When it comes to the availability of kits I think too many of us are kidding ourselves that we are a significant contract for someone like Adidas when the reality is that we are trading off their name and not vice versa. Whereas someone like Macron saw us as investment to enhance their reputation so were far more motivated to address these issues, Adidas simply see themselves as a supplier to us little different to say British Gas would in that they provide a service to us that we pay for.

Adidas or I should say Adidas Teamwear are notorious for letting clubs down I know Southampton, Swansea and West Brom have all had supply problems in recent seasons with them but I suppose the trade off is that they sell more with them than say Umbro.

From what I am aware is that there is little more the club could have done in this situation other than placed a larger original order which was logically based on previous season sales, sadly Adidas's lead in times for a reorder simply were not cost effective as kits would not be received before Christmas.

The problem is of Adidas's inability to deal with our request and for once I totally believe the club did everything they reasonably could have done.

Nope, even though it costs hundreds for home games. Rip off.

You don't get a free kit for being a mascot? What a bunch of tight wads.

Nowhere near 80%, you're further off than you could possibly imagine. This isn't Umbro or Macron, adidas charge a fucking fortune.

We're changing kit supplier, it's all dead stock in about four weeks. Aside from anything, they did order enough - adidas fucked up with the Christmas order:

My Son is six and his home kit was bought in October and he couldn't get the socks, not making anymore! Yes, bollocks! Think how many kits were bought for Christmas without the socks and people thought they would be able to get them in January!

I'm not a business person but I'd expect the club to order enough to make Xmas, especially as it's about an 80% profit margin.

How many thousand (given that's the volume they deal in) should they order of a dead kit that not many people want to buy?

Don't they charge a small fortune for this?

And they don't even supply the kit?
